Feature Pages
Restaurants are invoiced for a Feature Page at the time of booking.
The fee covers 12 months presence on the website from time of booking (unless otherwise arranged).
The Feature Page can go Live after payment has been received.
No refunds can be given after a restaurant has paid under any circumstances.
Although all reasonable care is taken to prevent disruption to broadcasting of the website, Future Media Group cannot be held responsible for technical errors or other issues causing disruption to the broadcasting of the website.
Future Media Group will not be held responsible to other technical problems with the website.
If there should be an unforseen long term disruption to exposure of a Feature Page then Future Media Group will endeavour to provide free time on the website to compensate a restaurant for time lost, but this will be at the discretion of Future Media Group.
